Intention + Positionalities

In embarking on this project, we do not claim to be experts. We have also deeply reflected on what it means to examine abolitionism in relation to disability and climate justice as non-Black and non-Indigenous people. Our goal is not to center ourselves but to foster a conversation that allows us to examine ourselves first and also examine the structures reinforcing ableist oppression.
